Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Production Supervisor to work onsite at our customer site located in Menlo Park CA.
Temporary Second Shift Supervisor:

- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM
- Pay Rate: $102k - $120k + 10% differential
- Timeline to hire: 4-6 months

Responsibilities:
As a Production Supervisor, you will serve as a leader to deliver on test support requests, prototype builds, and assembly retrofits that further our exciting and unique product. You will build and supervise a cohesive group of technicians and through positive engagement of your coworkers, you will ensure that we accelerate our R&D testing efforts and deliver on our builds to plan.
At our fast paced Pilot Manufacturing facility in Menlo Park, you will be heavily involved in prototyping new design releases being developed and you will be hands-on in delivering on the production and test support schedule through teamwork.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in an R&D / manufacturing environment.
Experience in setting up manufacturing processes, supporting R&D, as well as identifying and monitoring key process indicators.
Working knowledge and experience in applying Lean manufacturing concepts and tools.
Minimum High School Diploma; bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field is preferred.
Must be an effective communicator with solid collaboration and interpersonal skills and proven success working cross functionally at all levels.
Comfortable using Google or Microsoft documents and spreadsheets or equivalent.
